Essay | History and Nothingness in Heidegger and Nietzsche

This month’s reading is the first publication of the “Introduction” to Volume 2 of Parvis Emad‘s book “History” and “Nothingness” in Heidegger and Nietzsche: Learning from Beiträge. While Volume 2 — which bears the subtitle The Question of Anti-Semitism — is still a work in progress, Volume 1 appeared last year as a supplement to the Journal Existentia. The “Introduction” to Volume 2 contains, among other things, an interpretation of Heidegger’s poem “GEDACHT UND ZART”.
